We celebrate the life and memory of Ms. Minika G. Baker Henderson whose death occurred Friday, September 4, 2020 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Ms. Minika Garletta (Mo) Baker-Henderson was born on July 9,1973 but God in His Infinite wisdom called her from labor to reward. On Friday Sept 4,2020 she answered his call to Come home with him Minika was born to Jacqueline Baker and Leroy Harris Sr in Savannah, Ga Minika was employed at Sey Hey Lounge and Karama Entertainment as a Cook well known as “Mo”.
Minika attended Richard Arnold then later received a Nursing Degree from Ogeechee Tech in Statesboro, Ga.
She leaves to cherish her in memories: her loving mother, Jacqueline Baker, one son, Tyron Hensderson, three daughters, Shamicca Hamilton, Monifah Henderson, Michelle Henderson, six grandchildren, Anari Benlevi, Khalil Lee, Aaralynn Moffett, Eric Moffett Jr, Neveah Smalls, E’Rinn Henderson, three brothers, Gregory (Lauren) Baker, Richard Baker, and Leroy Harris Jr., five sisters, Tashwanda (Tony) Beasley, Nicole (Ronnie) Butler, Ebonee Baker, Semia Baker Latoya (Michael) Reynolds, her Godmothers, Sandra Hamilton and Rosetta Cody, special friend, Clinton Williams, two daughters in spirit, Teaira Williams and Chelsea Williams, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Public viewing will be held 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2020 at Campbell & Sons Funeral Home 124 W. Park Ave. Savannah, GA
Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Woodville Cemetery Roberts St. Savannah, GA
