We celebrate the life and memory of Mrs. Mary L. Williams whose death occurred on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Mrs. Mary Louise Ruffin Williams lived on this earth for 64 years. Mary was born on June 24, 1955 in Grady County Georgia to the late James Ruffin and Pinkie Inez Johnson. She was educated in the Grady County Public School System.
Mary was joined in Holy Matrimony her beloved husband Milton E. Williams and to this union, three daughters were born and nurtured. Mary accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ maintaining an unwavering Love for God. Everyone would know when Sister Mary was in service because she was your cheerleader when the word was being Delivered by saying “That’s Right’.
Mary was a hard worker and looked forward daily going to work where she was employed with SCAD. Mary truly loved everyone she became encountered with. She was a family-oriented person that LOVED her family especially her grands and great grands. She was proceeded in death numerous loved ones including her granddaughter D’Naysia Williams.
Surviving to cherish her memories are her three loving and devoted daughters: Alicia D. Williams, Natasha Williams-Truley (Shannon) and Sherica Williams all of Savannah, GA. Her sisters and brothers also cherish her memories. She also leaves to cherish her grandchildren: Shidel & Shiday Williams-Truley, Anaisha Williams, Johnny Smashum, Shannon Truley Jr, JahQuez Plummer, Sh’naisha Williams, Janaya Williams and Steve Williams. She is also cherished by her three great grands who were her heart strings: Symphony Williams, Nazir Mortimer and ShiTea Williams. Two devoted friends Terrain Edwards and Lorraine Mitchell, a host of aunts, uncles other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2020 at
Greater Friendship Baptist Church

Interment ~ Woodville Cemetery
