We celebrate the life and memory of Mrs. Clyde B. Shellman whose death occurred on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her residence.
Clyde was born on June 10, 1923 in Savannah, GA to the late Mr. and Mrs. Esau and Maggie Brown.
She received her education at the following academic settings, Haven-Home School, Cyler-Beach High School, Savannah State College and Savannah Technical College.
She was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Henry Shellman on December 30, 1949 who preceded her in death in 2014.
At an early age Clyde accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior maintaining an unwavering respect for God.
She was a dedicated worker during her employment years and was often referred to affectionately as "Momma or Nurse Shellman". She was a family oriented person who loved everyone and would help anyone.
Clyde leaves to cherish her memory, four daughters, Sharon Shellman (Anthony) Hampton, Karen (Ed) Grant, Marilyn (Richard) Mike and Carolyn Brown, nine grandchildren, 25 great grands, and three great great grands, other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2020 at
Oak Grove Cemetery
