We celebrate the life and memory of Mr. Carl Byrd whose death occurred Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Signature Healthcare of Savannah.

He was a native of Savannah and educated in the public schools of Chatham County.

Carl was the owner of Byrd’s Service Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Naomi and Frank Byrd, Sr. and a brother, Frank Byrd, Jr.

Carl leaves behind his daughters, Angel (Christopher) Fisher of Atlanta, GA, Carla (Roy) Simmons of Savannah, GA, Michelle (Fred) Curtis of Ellenwood, GA, one sister, Naomi Marshall of Savannah, GA, two grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
