Obituary

We celebrate the life and memory of Baby Boy Phoenix Perkins whose death occurred Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Memorial Health UnIversity Medical Center.

Phoenix Perkins was born on September 10, 2019 to Mr. Demetric “Poochie” and

Princess G. Perkins in Savannah, GA. He was preceded in death by his twin brothers Champion and Cashmere and sister Paris Perkins.

He attended CJ’s Learning Academy in Savannah, GA. Phoenix was the best son we could’ve asked for. He was always smiling, even when he first woke up in the morning. His favorite song was “Baby Shark” and his favorite shows were DuckTales and Big City Greens”.

He loved rolling around on the floor and playing with his toys. He also loved to eat, his favorite foods were bananas with oatmeal cereal, apple chicken, chicken noodle, butternut squash, apple sauce and rice cereal.

Phoenix touched a lot of lives in his eight months on this earth. Phoenix exemplified pure love, joy and happiness.

Phoenix leaves to cherish his loving parents Mr. Demetric and Princess G. Perkins, his grandparents Jeanette Perkins of Rincon, GA, Mr. Jeff (Mechelle) Green of Rincon, GA, his aunties Candace (Eric) Williams of Pooler, GA, Latoya Perkins of Port Wentworth, GA, Jasmine (Asaleverne) Wright of Guyton, GA, Selita (Calvin) Wallace of Savannah, GA.  his Uncles Jeff Green, Jr. of Prestonburg, KY, Ramon Jones of Savannah, GA and Jamon (Chaquita) Jones of SC. his Godparents Pam and Bennie Hines of Savannah, GA and a hosts of cousins.
