We celebrate the life and memory of Ms. Wanda King Johnson whose death occurred on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Candler Hospital.

Wanda Anita King-Johnson entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Candler Hospital surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was born on September 10,1965, in Savannah, Georgia to Frank King and Barbara C. King. Mrs. King-Johnson was educated in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System and was a 1983 graduate of The Alfred Ely Beach High School. She matriculated her education at Tuskegee University and graduated in 1989 with a degree in special education. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children Lowell "Kenny" Johnson Jr. and Kaneisha Riche' Johnson; two grandchildren Jasmine Johnson and Terrell (TJ) Bell Jr.; brothers Frank (Julia) King Sr. and Cornell (Tyese) King Sr.; one godson Cornell (CJ) Primus King Jr.; aunts and uncles; and devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Second Arnold Missionary Baptist Church, 1427 E. 37th St. Savannah, GA 31404
