Mrs. Olivia Shank Young, age 93, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Hospice Savannah. She was the fifth child of the late Roshier Shank and Annie Sue Branham Shank.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by all her sisters: Odessa Shank Lucas, Annie Ruth Shank Rivers, Lillian Shank Scott, Retha Shank Johnson, and Gloria Shank Smith. Those left to cherish her precious memories are her brother, Roger Eldorado Shank (Mary), two loving daughters: Debra Young Floyd (Victor) and Antoinette Y Flournoy (Tony), a devoted son, Elmore H Young III, seven grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held at Campbell and Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 11am at St. Phillip A.M.E Church located at 613 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Savannah, GA 31401.
