Mrs. Georgetta Winn, age 87, of Savannah, Georgia entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital surrounded by her loved ones.  Georgetta was born February 15, 1938 in Savannah, Georgia, to Sarah Albright and Anthony Draper.  She was the second of ten children.  She was preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, her beloved husband, Mr. Leroy Winn, Sr., and her son, Mr. Leroy Winn, Jr.

Georgetta dedicated more than thirty years of service to the State of Georgia and was a faithful, lifelong member of the Temple of Glory Community Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Ms. Gwendolyn Dozier, Ms. Sharon Winn, and Mrs. Karon (Rev. Louis) Johnson; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Campbell and Sons Funeral Home, 2520 Bonaventure Road, Savannah, GA 31404.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Temple of Glory Community Church, 1105 Stiles Avenue, Savannah, GA 31415.

Interment - Magnolia Memorial Gardens - 5532 Silk Hope Rd, Savannah, GA 31405.
