Edward Eduardo Campbell

We celebrate the life and memory of Mr. Edward Eduardo Campbell whose death occurred Saturday November 02, 2019 at his residence.

Bro. Edward Campbell- Savannah 67, died November 2, 2019 at home. He was born in Guantanamo City, Cuba and educated in Bronx, New York school system where he attended Roosevelt High School and Lehman College.

He retired from the U.S. Army after 27 years of service. He worked with Chatham County and the City of Savannah where he retired from earlier this year.

He was a member of the United House of Prayer for all People.

He is preceded in death by his father Harold Campbell of Bronx, New York, his mother, I’sora Garcia of Havana, Cuba, a brother, Geraldo Campbell of Guantanamo, Cuba and a sister Mirela Campbell of Guantanamo, Cuba.

He leaves to morn a loving wife, sis Ella Mae Campbell, who travelled around the world with him. Three devoted children, a son, Bro. Dwayne Peeples (Rose), daughters, Sis Erica Campbell and Sis Eduina Campbell all of Savannah, Ga. Granddaughters, Sis. Destiny Campbell and Madison Chisholm both of Savannah, Ga. Three sisters, Maritza Campbell of Jamaica, Diana Campbell, Jannette Campbell and Julie Campbell all of Bronx, New York, brothers George Campbell of Cuba, Tony Campbell and Roy Campbell both of Bronx, New York, only surviving aunt on his father’s side, Monica Fiddis of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and a host of Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends all over the continents of North and South America.

Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at

Campbell & Sons Funeral Home Chapel

124 W. Park Ave. ~ Savannah, GA 31401

Interment ~ Private.
